Koopazo VS Sandbag

EDIT2: After FINALLY finding some sound effects on the internet I have switched the sounds around and edited select parts of the animation itself.

Short lil' test animation (around 40 seconds I think) featuring Koopazo attacking Sandbag for no apparent reason (much like in Smash Bros.). The difference is that unlike in Smash Bros., Sandbag might not like the end result of the beating...

BTW Sandbag was chosen because...
A) He's easy to animate.
B) He sorta fits the "test dummy" feel.

And can someone PLEASE tell me why the framerate was reduced from 24fps to like 20fps or something occasionally?
